As a **CRM Configuration Executive**, you will be HM Land Registry’s expert on what needs to happen with the set-up of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to meet business and customer needs.

Colleagues from across HM Land Registry will rely on your direction and advice as to what can and cannot be done, and ultimately you will be the one who decides what needs to change and how from the configuration point of view.

**Responsibilities as a CRM Configuration Executive**:

- Being responsible for the technical configuration of the CRM system
- Being responsible for managing the build, development and implementation of CRM system functionality and tools needed to drive the needs of HM Land Registry’s Business and Customer Strategies and emerging day-to-day issues
- Making decisions about what configuration changes are needed to meet operational and strategic needs, and ensuring those changes are implemented
- Innovating through using contact deflection and self-service tools to help meet HM Land Registry’s objectives around customer handling and volume/type of contacts
- Creating and implementing standard CRM system principles and approaches to facilitate consistent customer handling and data gathering

**What we are looking for in a CRM Configuration Executive**:
To be successful in this role you will have:

- Experience in managing the development and/or configuration of CRM systems in a complex/large organisation
- Had training or be accredited in configuring a CRM system
- Good working knowledge of Office tools, particularly Excel
- Confident to advise and make recommendations as to system capabilities and potential
- Demonstrable experience in implementing system changes to meet operational and strategic needs
- The Ability to influence colleagues, both directly and through your networks of contacts
