Telesales Executive - service contracts
The Role of Telesales Executive
* This is an office based telesales role work as part of a dynamic sociable team.
* Office hours are 8am-5pm
* You will be responsible for speaking to clients over the phone, building relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
* You will be tasked with making calls from the company's CRM system approaching small to medium sized customers selling commercial waste service contracts.
* This is an entry / early career role where the Telesales Sales Executive will benefit from full training
* As Telesales Sales Executive you will make out bound calls to SME (small and medium sized businesses) uncovering customer needs and selling the features and benefits
* You will use your relationship building skills to development relationships with decision makers who are typically business owners / managers.
* You will be provided customer details via a CRM which will will use to help organise you and update accordingly.
The Company hiring a Telesales Executive
Our client are a market leading service provider and name and operate at the top end of the market. This business have built a reputation over the last 100+ years and are provide waste / facilities services. Operationally, they are superb, therefore the incoming Sales Executive will be associated with a well known, trusted brand and service provider.
This is a fantastic opportunity where the Sales Executive can learn the ropes and work towards a promotion into field sales / Key Account and / or national accounts (if they wish to do so).

The Requirements of the Telesales Sales Executive
* Telephone sales experience is advantageous
* Our client will also consider customer service backgrounds, retail, hospitality, automotive sales or B2C (customer engagement backgrounds).
* You must have an excellent telephone manner.
