**Overview**

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team at Medacles Ltd in Harley Street. As a Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in driving the growth and success of our Business by proactively reaching out to leads and converting them into valued clients. Your responsibilities will include engaging potential clients over the phone, providing detailed information about our services, offers, courses and guiding them through the consultation and booking process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Initiate outbound calls to leads provided by the clinic and the institute and engage in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and preferences.
- Educate leads about our range of aesthetic services, treatments, and procedures, Courses highlighting the benefits and addressing any concerns.
- Effectively communicate the unique value proposition of our clinic and tailor your approach to each lead's individual requirements.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions, appointments, and follow-ups using our CRM system.
- Guide potential clients through the consultation process, coordinating with clinic staff to schedule appointments and provide necessary information.
- Collaborate closely with the clinic's marketing and operations teams to stay updated on the latest services, promotions, and offerings.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all leads, clients, and visitors.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the aesthetics or healthcare industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills, coupled with a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using technology for record-keeping and communication.
- High level of professionalism and the ability to represent the clinic's brand and values.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Flexible and adaptable, willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Previous experience in front of house management or customer service is a plus.
