**Responsibilities**:

- Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly
- Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Build strong relationships with customers by providing outstanding service and support throughout the sales process.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Strong English language skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Effective communication skills, both internally and externally
- Sales experience is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £23,684.00 per year
