A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join one of our clients based in the Sawtry area. Our client specialise within the construction industry, and require an Operations Administrator to support the operations team from the end of September, on a full time basis.

As an Operations Assistant, you would cover the following job duties;
- Assisting in the daily running of the jobs, including requesting quotes, placing orders and general document controlling.
- Supporting the Tendering department with printing and compiling tenders, issuing to sub-contractors/requesting quotations.
- Checking orders and supplies that come into the office.
- Assisting with incoming calls from customers, suppliers, site managers and general enquiries.

This is an office based job and the working hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.
