- Process supplier invoices and post them into the accounts system (currently Sage and Xero)
- Process financial transactions and maintain accurate records
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents
- Assist with forecasting reports
- Generate customer invoices and chase payment as necessary
- Produce and submit VAT return using Sage and Xero
- Ensure accurate financial data is kept
- Pursue missing or inaccurate financial documentation where identified
- Undertake any reasonable task commensurate with the scope of the role
- Take reasonable care for the Health & Safety of yourself and others
