About the Job:

We are currently seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to join our client's busy Accounts Team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, including invoice production, payment allocation, credit control, and expense reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Producing invoices and managing payment allocation in Sage 50
  • Credit control processes, sending emails for outstanding invoices
  • Updating and creating Excel spreadsheets to track financial data
  • Collating expenses and reconciling credit card statements
  • Providing administrative support as needed within the Accounts Team

Requirements:

  • Previous experience using Sage 50 preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and thrive under pressure

This Position:

Is based in Malvern, with part-time hours of 30 hours a week (Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm ideally).
