Part Time Administrator Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to join our client's busy Accounts Team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, including invoice production, payment allocation, credit control, and expense reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Producing invoices and managing payment allocation in Sage 50
- Credit control processes, sending emails for outstanding invoices
- Updating and creating Excel spreadsheets to track financial data
- Collating expenses and reconciling credit card statements
- Providing administrative support as needed within the Accounts Team
Requirements:
- Previous experience using Sage 50 preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and thrive under pressure
This Position:
Is based in Malvern, with part-time hours of 30 hours a week (Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm ideally).
