Administrative Support Specialist

At Additional Resources Ltd., we are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will support conveyancing processes with administrative tasks and document management.
Key Responsibilities:- Typing legal documents and preparing documents for clients
- Managing workflow and coordinating with colleagues to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining accurate records
We estimate the salary for this role to be around £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a company pension scheme and life insurance benefits.
Requirements:- Experience as a Conveyancing Secretary or similar role
- Knowledge of legal terminology and conveyancing procedures
- Familiarity with audio typing, IT systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
