At Additional Resources Ltd., we are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will support conveyancing processes with administrative tasks and document management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Typing legal documents and preparing documents for clients
  • Managing workflow and coordinating with colleagues to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining accurate records

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a company pension scheme and life insurance benefits.

Requirements:
  • Experience as a Conveyancing Secretary or similar role
  • Knowledge of legal terminology and conveyancing procedures
  • Familiarity with audio typing, IT systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
