Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Lead and inspire a team of volunteers by providing guidance, support, and supervision
- Develop and deliver volunteer training programmes to enhance skills and knowledge
- Educate volunteers on the organisation's goals, values, and activities
- Market volunteer opportunities to attract a diverse pool of volunteers
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate volunteers into various projects and initiatives
- Manage public health protocols for volunteer safety and well-being
- Coordinate fundraising events with volunteers to support organisational objectives
- Oversee project management aspects related to volunteer services
- Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining volunteer records and schedules
- Manage social media platforms to promote volunteer opportunities and recognise volunteer contributions

**Requirements**:

- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise volunteers effectively
- Experience in educating and training individuals or groups
- Knowledge of public health guidelines relevant to volunteer services
- Demonstrated expertise in fundraising strategies within a voluntary setting
- Strong project management skills to coordinate volunteer activities efficiently
- Proficient in administrative tasks including record-keeping and scheduling
- Ability to manage social media platforms for volunteer recruitment and engagement
