**Office Support & Organization**:

- Manage office supplies and general goods ordering.
- Provide daily phone support and message management.
- Handle visitor management and internal/external queries.

**Systems & Technical Support**:

- Set up and train new users on various systems.
- Coordinate specialist IT support and troubleshoot issues promptly.

**Training & Onboarding**:

- Manage bookings and room arrangements for training sessions.
- Provide refreshments and act as the point of contact for queries.

**Administrative Support**:

- Organise travel and meetings.
- Support Head Office and Franchise activities.
- Distribute communications and assist with report preparation.
