We have a Client who are local success story in Building services, and they want to expand the customer service team - working on the phone dealing with customers and booking engineering appointments.

Its a great team - and they offer opportunity for progression into engineering, estimating and management.

Working Hours: 08:30 - 17:30pm

Are you an organised, efficient and methodical individual seeking a new challenge?

Principal Responsibilities Service Administrator?
- Taking reactive calls from customers and dealing with these in a professional manner
- Scheduling appointments for customers
- Raising purchase orders for appointments
- Dealing with reports
- Provide quotations/estimates
- Raise subcontract orders
- Request equipment for customer requirements
- Assist with maintaining customer database
- Collation and distribution of required work load
- Ensuring all visits are booked efficiently in accordance with company procedures, maximizing engineer utilization and efficiencies
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to resolve customer related issues
- Prioritise workloads to meet agreed deadlines
- Keen attention to detail
- Experience with product and parts knowledge would be advantageous
- An understanding of service management system would be advantageous
- Understanding when to seek help and assistance.
