Temp Customer Service Administrator

**Role: Temp Customer Service Administrator**
**Salary: £8.50 - £10.50 per hour**
**Contract: Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm**
**Location: Abingdon, Oxfordshire**
**Main Duties for Temp Customer Service Administrator**:
- **Answering incoming calls, dealing with customers and re-directing where appropriate**:
- **Administration paperwork including dockets and contracts**:
- **Filing**:
- **Data entry**:
- **Booking in service calls and engineer’s work**:
- **Liaising with engineers, other members of staff and clients**:
- **Diary maintenance**:
- **Quotations**:
- **Contracts**:
- **Purchase orders**:
- **Invoicing**
**Experience required for Temp Customer Service Administrator**:
- **Attention to detail**:
- **Excellent written and verbal communication skills**:
- **Previous admin experience is required**:
- **Must be highly organised, proactive and enthusiastic to achieve**:
- **Strong IT skills and working knowledge of Microsoft packages**
**COMM**
**Salary**: £8.50-£10.50 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abingdon, Oxfordshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
