Do you have previous administration experience and a good telephone manner? Would you like to work in a friendly air-conditioned office as part of a successful team as a Customer Service Administrator? You will receive 25 days holiday, plus Bank Holidays, private medical, plus Perkbox and more
As a Service Administrator you will:
- Ensure the provision of an excellent administrative service
- Contact customers by telephone and in writing to clarify outstanding issues
- Ensure that invoices and orders are raised accurately
- Input customer details and case data into the computer with accuracy
- Prepare and dispatch automated standard form letters
- Maintain accurate records
- Maintain stationery stock levels and dispatch post
- Answer the telephone to handle a range of queries from customers
As a Customer Service Administrator you will have:
- Previous administration experience
- Be computer literate - MS Word/Excel/Outlook
- Confident telephone manner
- Have a friendly, flexible attitude
- Be able to work a month of each - 30-5pm and 9.30-6pm. Then every 5 weeks, work a Monday 10.30-7pm
