Salary £24,000 per annum

Working Hours: 08:30 - 17:30pm


Berry Recruitment are offering the opportunity to join a fantastic organisation based in Abingdon, Oxfordshire, as a Customer Service Co-ordinator.

This is a proactive role based in a fast-moving environment, you will be expected to deliver quality supportand service advice through regular communication and contact with customers.

Principal Responsibilities Service Administrator?

  • Taking reactive calls from customers and dealing with these in a professional manner
  • Scheduling appointments for customers
  • Raising purchase orders for appointments
  • Dealing with reports
  • Provide quotations/estimates
  • Raise subcontract orders
  • Request equipment for customer requirements
  • Assist with maintaining customer database
  • Collation and distribution of required work load
  • Ensuring all visits are booked efficiently in accordance with company procedures, maximizing engineer utilization and efficiencies
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to resolve customer related issues
  • Prioritise workloads to meet agreed deadlines
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Experience with product and parts knowledge would be advantageous
  • An understanding of service management system would be advantageous
  • Understanding when to seek help and assistance.
