Sales and Customer Service Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Administrator to join our team at Staffbase Recruitment Ltd. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by undertaking sales administration tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process incoming sales orders and customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Input sales orders onto our computer system with precision and attention to detail.
- Coordinate daily telephone calls and emails to clients to obtain sales orders.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless sales order progress and keep customers informed.
- Update our Company's MRP/ERP systems as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales administration or customer service, preferably in the manufacturing and distribution sectors.
- Excellent administration skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
- Confidence on the phone and ability to ask for sales orders.
- Highly motivated individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and MRP/ERP systems.
