**Annual Salary**
ranging from £22,000 to £25,000

What will I be doing?

As a Food and Beverage Trainer, you would be responsible for developing, coordinating, implementing and delivering all Food and Beverage-specific training initiatives in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

- Review and assess performance needs in Food and Beverage and develop, update and make recommendations for training initiatives or other solutions
- Track, input and maintain accurate training records in partnership with Human Resources
- Ensure full compliance with Company training programs within Food and Beverage
- Plan and conduct meetings with Food and Beverage Managers to track performance trends and prepare action plans and/or training initiatives, as needed
- Ensure consistency of job skills training, the certification process and documentation
- Greets internal and external customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintaining accurate payroll records for the department
- Prepares and types corresponded complex numerical/financial reports, as directed
- Prepares correspondence on behalf of management
- Duplicates, copies and distributes and mails material for the department/office
- Orders and maintains office supplies and equipment
- Maintains files and equipment in an orderly and professional manner
- Handles requests from both internal and external, as appropriate
