We are on the lookout for a dynamic and results-oriented** Outbound Account Representative** to become an integral part of our team. In this role, you will be tasked with initiating outbound calls to connect with our clients' valued customers. Your primary objective is to engage with customers in a professional manner, guiding them through the migration process and ensuring a seamless transition. If you possess exceptional communication skills, a knack for persuasion, and a zeal for achieving targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers.

Engage in meaningful and insightful conversations with potential customers.

Maintain accurate customer records, including contact information, preferences, and sales outcomes, within our** CRM** system.

Collaborate closely with the sales team to meet individual and collective sales targets, contributing to revenue growth and driving customer acquisition.

Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

**Qualifications**:
Prior experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a similar customer-facing role is highly preferred.

Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers, establish rapport, and deliver persuasive sales pitches.

Familiarity with broadband products, services, and industry terminology is considered an asset.

Salary Range: £22,000.00 - £24,000.00 per year

Work Schedule: Remote UK

8-hour shifts

5 days over 7 Monday to Sunday

21 days holiday
