**Patient Development Specialists**
**Location: High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire**
**We currently have two opportunities for Patient Development Specialists**
**Hours - Full time: Monday to Friday: 10am -6pm**
We are looking for two Patient Development Specialists. Your role will be to provide excellent customer service to customers at all times. You will manage your own database of customers, and be expected to call each of your customers on a monthly basis. You will be targeted to make approximately 40 outbound calls a day to ensure customers have enough supplies and are happy with the service. By maintaining regular contact with your customers, you will be able to use your skills to identify business opportunities. You will also responsible for following up marketing campaigns which introduce customers to new products.
Our client is an independent provider of progressive and innovative stoma and continence care services to primary, secondary and private care sector. The company is an award-winning home delivery service for stoma and/or continence supplies which prides itself on a friendly and efficient service to customers living in the United Kingdom. The benefits of this service include a Nursing support service for patients in their homes.
**To be considered for these important Customer Service Representative roles you will ideally meets the following criteria;**
- Telephone based Customer Service background
- Proven experience of managing high call volumes
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
