**Mental Health Team Leader**

**Salary**:£23,000-£25,000 per annum (Depending on experience)

**Hours**:Full time 37.5 Hours
- Per Week

- **Responsibilities**:_

As a **Team Leader, **you will be a core part of our talented team that works selflessly to provide outstanding care for people with mental health, emotional, and mental health needs.

The environment can be challenging at times - so a positive attitude, compassion, commitment, and resilience are essential. You’ll use the training and support provided as well as your knowledge and experience to provide genuine care, emotional first aid, and a warm, homely environment to the people living with us - helping them to build resilience and achieve their full potential.
- **Role requirements**:_
- Have a minimum of 2-year Team Leader experience within the care sector
- Have the ability to lead and make decisions, supporting the Home Manager and your team members
- Able to work various shifts,
- Have the ability to work under pressure and think on your feet in a fast-paced environment
- Creative & able to use your own initiative
- Possess good written, IT & communication skills
