Mental Health Assistant

Are you a graduate looking to make a positive difference in students' lives? Do you have a passion for promoting emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour in the school environment? If so, we would love to hear from you As a Mental Health Assistant, you will play a key role in providing 1:1 and small group support to students with SEMH needs. You will also assist in promoting emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour in the school environment, working alongside the school's pastoral and SEN teams to deliver effective support and interventions.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a minimum 2:1 degree, ideally in Psychology or a related field. You should also have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to form strong relationships with students and staff. Previous experience in a child-centred role or school environment is advantageous. The salary for this position is £22,500-£25,000 per week, paid weekly on a PAYE basis.
