**Salary**: £22,054
**Hours**: Full time, 37.5 hours per week
**Shifts**: Flexible shifts available, including day, evening, and night shifts

Brook Street Social Care is currently recruiting for passionate and dedicated Mental Health Recovery Workers to join our team. We offer a variety of shifts to suit your availability, so you can find the perfect fit for your lifestyle.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide support and care to people with mental health challenges
- Help them to develop coping mechanisms and strategies for managing their mental health
- Facilitate group activities and support groups
- Work with other professionals to provide a holistic care plan
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- A caring and compassionate attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience working in mental health is desirable, but not essential
