***The Centre For Macroeconomics (CFM) is a research centre bringing together world class experts to carry out pioneering research on the global economic crisis and help design policies to alleviate it. Under the leadership of the Centre Director, the Centre For Macroeconomics will be involved in cutting-edge research, teaching students and engaging a global audience.

The Centre For Macroeconomics seeks to appoint a highly motivated and experienced individual to join the Centre. You will provide administrative support across the Centre. You will work closely with the Centre Manager to coordinate office activities, maintain accurate information records, liaise with key service divisions across the LSE and participate in varied one-off projects. You will also work on keeping areas of our website up-to-date and in supporting the running of our events. This is a role which will require you to deliver a first-class customer service, organise and prioritise your workload efficiently, actively contribute to the achievement of the Centre’s objectives and be committed to continuous improvement in all aspects of your work. The post will provide you with an excellent opportunity to develop your career in Higher Education.

You will have:

- Relevant experience of working in an administrative capacity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to deal with a wide range of people in an appropriate professional and confident manner
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to maintain a consistently positive attitude towards colleagues and to make an outstanding contribution to the team and the Department
