**Main Responsibilities for the role**:

- Remain consistent with transfers and demonstrate sharing of knowledge.
- Assist TL in monitoring agent performance against KPIs/ SLAs to ensure targets are met
- Assist TL in providing clear goals, identifying training needs and providing effective coaching and support to agents.
- Assist TL with day-to-day operations.
- Motivating and engaging the teams pushing incentives, recognising performance, and rewarding accomplishments
- Support completion of audit reviews where requested.
- Review open files and closures.
- Assist agents in accepting/ rejecting leads via Teams channel.
- Actively suggest improvements to systems and processes
- Work collaboratively with L&D to highlight repetitive training concerns.
- Any other duties as required by Tl and Head of Department

The above list is not exhaustive of any other tasks, which may be required.
- Knowledge of successful performance metrics within the contact centre and how to achieve them.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Exceptional organisation skills, displaying attention to detail and time management skills.
- Proven ability to consistently achieve targets, including quality & compliance scores.
- Ability to use Microsoft packages and proclaim.
