**Location: Southport/Hybrid**

**Hours: 21pw (Part Time)**

**Salary: £21,840 (Pro rata £13,104)**

**Main Responsibilities for the role**:

- Calling clients to confirm details and chase documents when needed.
- Manage cases that are ready for closure-Complete checklist and then close file.
- Any other Ad hoc duties as requested by Team leader.
- Data entry into proclaim to ensure that file quality is to a high standard.
- Answering phone calls through the admin line
- reception desk calls and transferring clients through to their file handlers.
- Good organisational skills
- Good IT skills
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Excellent Communication Skill
- Preferred Knowledge of Road Traffic Accident Circumstances
- Good Timekeeping
- Excellent Team Player
