R S Skips Ltd is an established skip hire & waste management company based in Shorne, Kent.

We are seeking to employ an **experienced Admin Assistant in the waste/skip hire or transport/haulage industry** to join our friendly team.
- Scheduling and organising driver sheets
- General admin work

**Responsibilities**
- Allocating jobs to drivers
- Keeping social media up to date - Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Keep vehicle and drivers’ data up to date
- Other Admin Duties

**Requirements & Skills**
- A team player with high level dedication
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner
- Someone who is bright, confident, and self-motivated individual
- Has the ability to work under pressure in a busy fast-paced condition
- Can multi-task
- Able to work independently
- Able to work well in a team, share responsibilities, communicate well, and offer assistance to other members of staff when required
- Have knowledge of the use of social media
- Basic computer skills required: Microsoft, Outlook etc

Experience preferred but not compulsory, in the waste, skip hire, haulage, or transport industry. Training will be provided on our bespoke transport software.

**Own transport would be a necessity due to the office location in Shorne. There is no public transport available in the area.**

**Full Time**:Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour to start with this then being reviewed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
