**The Role**

**Key Responsibilities and Duties include**:

- Assisting the Director of Client Services and other members of the team with Account Management related tasks
- Uploading CVs to clients portals and tracking systems
- Answering incoming calls to the desk and taking messages where necessary
- Assisting with the onboarding of all contractors ensuring that they have the relevant paperwork and documentation in place to start
- Chasing contractor compliance and vetting
- Answering any incoming enquiries from contractors in regards to timesheets
- Making consultants aware of new opportunities being advertised and competitor information
- Creating client presentations for the Director of Client Services

**Key skills and experience**:

- Excellent telephone manner and confidence speaking to people over the phone
- PC Literate and good MS Office skills including Excel experience
- Experience of working in a fast paced environment
- Attention to detail and excellent written communications
