As the Payroll Administrator, you will support the team with the administration of payroll processes and company benefits for all employees in the UK and Ireland.

If so, we want you to join our team as a ‘Skechers Payroll Administrator’.

You will have the opportunity to be involved in promoting Company benefits, monitoring memberships, and working on projects to improve overall service for employees. As well as managing the new starter onboarding lifecycle by collating, checking, and ensuring the employee and manager complete the required information in a timely manner.

You will also be responsible for ensuring electronic employee payroll files are kept up to date and in line with relevant policies and well as assisting with GDPR compliance.

This role is office based in our St Albans Head Office.

What we’re looking for:
- Proficient in MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to problem solve- Friendly and approachable with a can-do attitude- Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships among all cross-functional groups- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to display a high degree of professionalism, tact and diplomacy- Strong organisational and time management skills, an eye for detail and the ability to prioritise workload- Self-starter with high level of initiative and a strong sense of ownership and urgency- Experience of Workday and Canva is desirable- Experience in Payroll or Compensation & Benefits is desirable
