**The opportunity**:
We are looking for a quotation coordinator to join the team at our Edenbridge H/Q.
- Provide a great service experience to our clients
- Good knowledge of general computer skills
- Confidence in IT skills including using computer logic expressions and formulas
- Liaising with suppliers and clients on the phone
- To learn to understand electrical specification documents and related construction drawings
- Utilise our quantities take off programme (Countfire)
- Use our in house quotations system (Odoo)
- Creating and issue our quotation bids
- Be able to think outside the box and be well organised
- Build and maintain relationships with our existing component and supplier base.
- The role supports our sales and operations team with tendering projects.

This role is 9am
- **We shall train you fully in using all the above systems that the business utilises.**

FUTURE Designs is a British lighting manufacturer supplying state of the art LED lighting to the commercial sector as well
As designing and creating custom bespoke solutions. We supply across the UK, European and Middle Eastern markets.
