Due to continued rapid expansion, we are looking for a talented Sales Administrator to join our fast-growing team.

ICAAL is an award winning full-service creative digital marketing agency, based in one of the few historic Grade II* Listed buildings in the old town of Southampton’s city centre.

Our stunning building offers versatile open plan space ideal for creative teams to enjoy their work. Our unique offices comprise a Georgian house structured around a Victorian chapel and a modern single storey extension overlooking the Mayflower Park with exceptional views.

**Responsibilities**
- Administrating Accounts
- Raising invoices
- Raising Agreement Documents
- In-Bound and Out-Bound Calls
- Assisting Marketing Campaigns
- Meeting and Greeting Clients
- Stocktaking
- Taking Payments
- Banking
- Client Liaison

**Salary & Benefits**
