The friendly face of the 118 bedrooms at Holmes Hotel, our **Concierge Host** will be to ensure that the service provided is beyond the normal guest experience that would be expected by our guests. Your helpful, can-do approach and passion for great service will create an amazing impression every time.

We are looking for our **Concierge Host** who:

- Completes tasks relevant but not limited to the guest cycle (arrival, follow-ups and departure) such as arranging special guest requests, ensuring guest mail and
- Messages are delivered in a timely manner, performing luggage handling and doorperson duties, updating the Hotel Management Systems with the required guest
- Information and liaising with relevant teams to ensure guest satisfaction and ensuring the business continuity through payment compliance
- Follows guidance and instructions given by the leadership team
- Communicates effectively with both internal and external guests (including hotel colleagues) via written correspondence, phone and face-to-face
- Proactively upsells the hotel (such as restaurants, bars, spa services and other relevant hotel services) as well as any related reward programs
- Engages with colleagues and guests in relation to their stay or meeting; i.e. confidently relaying local events, attractions, hotel facilities or internally held meetings, consistently exhibiting appropriate service behaviour
- Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability when personalising external and internal guests' needs and the changing demand and priorities of the business
- Creates a welcoming atmosphere and personalised service for each individual external and internal guest having an eye for detail and responding appropriately to guest and leadership feedback
- Has previous experience working as a Luggage Porter or**Concierge**preferably in the hotels

As a **Concierge Host**, you will receive:

- Two wellness days per year, meaning all team members start with 30 days of holiday per year (pro rata) - these increase with service
