Wilson James are delighted to present the opportunity to join the team as a Luxury Concierge at one of our highly esteemed clients' luxury auction house in the heart of London.

The role involves proactively providing a warm welcome to all clients and possessing a great understanding of luxury service standards.

The Luxury Concierge anticipates client needs and ensures their expectations are exceeded in line with the Client Service Standards.

Harnessing their charismatic nature and strong communication skills, the postholder will exhibit an enthusiasm for the delivery of exceptional client customer service and will have previous experience of working for a luxury brand as a welcome host, doorman, or concierge.

Essential Skills

  • Excellent customer service.
  • Impeccable verbal communication at all levels.
  • Approachable and able to create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience working as a welcome host, doorman, or concierge for a luxury brand.
  • Ability to reflect the image and standards of the client.
  • High degree of organization with ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow up promptly.
  • Adaptable to flexible working hours, occasional evening, and weekend / sale / event coverage.

Desirable

  • SIA (Security Industry Authority) or equivalent trained. This is desirable, not essential. Wilson James offer training to those that require the SIA accreditation.
