**Overview**:
This apprenticeship would suit someone working in a customer-facing role, with responsibility for delivering a high quality customer experience in any sector or organisation type.

Typical duties could include dealing with orders and payments, offering guidance and support, meeting and greeting, fixing problems, after care or measuring customer satisfaction.

The programme builds the specialist knowledge and skills needed to influence the customer experience and their satisfaction with your organisation.

**Desired skills**:

- Determining customer needs and expectations.
- Tenacious, and good at multi-tasking; self-motivated and able to use your own initiative.
- Ability to work within a team.
- Must have a good attention to detail.

**Personal Qualities**:

- Willing to learn and an enthusiasm for taking responsibility for own activity, and wanting to be involved (independently and in teams) to in create results in a busy and ever-changing organisation.
- Show passion in delivering high quality work for all our clients and other members of the team.

**Required Qualifications / Certificates**:

- Five GCSEs at grades 3 - 9 / A*-D (including Maths & English).
- Excellent Customer Service skills.
- Have a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Work authorisation:

- United Kingdom (required)
