**Referencing and Vetting team Specialist - 6-month FTC contract**

**Monday to Friday - 40 hours - 9am - 5pm

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Referencing Administrator to join their **Referencing and vetting team** based on the outskirts of Glasgow

**Your role will involve**:
Deliver defined Preboarding & Referencing activities, as defined by the business and in line with regulatory requirements. Duties will vary depending on the area of Preboarding & Referencing being supported, but examples include:

- Creating and issuing documents, including employment contracts
- Updating system records
- Peer checking the work of other Team Members

Other aspects of the role include;
- Deliver own work activities to meet the service standards that achieve business requirements - for example satisfying quality requirements by minimizing re-work (e.g., contract re-issuing or IDC rejections)
- Ensure exceptional professional and compliance standards are maintained
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure that data is checked and inputted accurately
- Ensure all received data is correctly recorded in Heathrow systems to provide an auditable trail of documents and actions

**These skills are essential**:

- Establish strong working relationships across the team and wider stakeholders
- Consistently look to drive process improvement and participate across process or change initiatives

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements in desirable but full training can be provided in role
- Good analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office tools
- Proven ability to successfully communicate with stakeholders, with good interpersonal, written and
- verbal skills
- Good organisational skills, with ability to plan, prioritise and work to deadlines
- Collaboration skills to work across teams and with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work to tight deadlines, with a flexible agile attitude
