**Contract**: Permanent role . Fully office based for the first 6 months. Thereafter hybrid with 3 days in the office and 2 WFH

**Salary**: to £40,000 + 10% of sales commission structure and additional bonus

Are you passionate about the environment and looking for a meaningful sales and new business development role where your efforts will draw attention to global warming and what we can all do to slow this down. This role will only suit someone who is looking to fight global warming and to do via using expert sales skills to introduce businesses to the steps that they can actively take to reduce their carbon footprint . In many ways you will be _educating _your audience as to the certifications that are available and what steps they need to take to get accreditations.

The essence of this role is to approach companies (and many don't know where to start) and provide them with information that will help them drive down their carbon footprint, thereby making them a more attractive employer and company to do business with . Whilst also doing a social good. This is a new business sales role with a difference There will be full product training provided on the Accreditations and Certifications on offer that will act as a road-map for companies wishing to drive down their emissions

**DUTIES**:This a client facing B2B role and a mix of New Business Development ( 80%) with Relationship Management (20%) in an expanding sector
- Introducing the service: Outbound calling and courtesy calling to businesses internationally
- Advising prospects on the steps they can take to promote renewable energy
- Explain the commercial benefits of operating a business that supports renewable energy
- Educate and guide clients every step of the way
- Set up meetings to explain practical steps they need to take ( and the costs involved) in reducing their carbon footprint via a move to using renewable energy solutions
- Attend networking events, meetings at Chambers of Commerce and Embassies
- Explaining the benefits of renewable sources of energy
- Providing price quotations
- Managing the relationship : this included client onboarding
- Dealing with ongoing client queries and concerns
- Helping and advising the client who is looking to further develop their sustainability credentials
- Advising on Energy Attribute Certificates (EACs) and other certifications (Guarantees of Origins/REGOs/ I-RECs/RECs, RGGOs) in the UK and EU (training provided)
- Build your network

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Passionate about the environment and be part of an environmental movement
- A solid B2B sales track record
- Native standard in Italian, French, German or Spanish
- Fluent English
