Our Global Streaming team is the core engine that creates streaming products which delight customers around the world, from sub-Saharan Africa to the streets of New York: we work closely with our design, technology, and business teams to create unforgettable experiences for our customers.

We're the problem solvers who find smarter and simpler ways to connect customers to more of what they love. We are currently building a Global Streaming Product team, who will steer our core global product to service the business needs of each proposition (Peacock, NOW, Sky Showtime and Showmax). As we move to a new era for our platform we seek to bring consistency in our customer's service & compliance journeys, so that our Product team is able to execute standardised, repeatable integrations to reduce time to market and deliver support faster to our customers.

What you'll do

· Lead design, from inception to delivery, for service experiences across Global Streaming Product.

· Identify and apply customer insights to build comprehensive design solutions.

· Work collaboratively with Product Owners and Technology to ensure solutions address all business, user, and technical requirements.

· Ensure the delivery of all solutions is well planned, risks are highlighted, and quality is maintained.

What you'll bring

· Experience of delivering digital products, services and experiences across responsive web and native applications.

· You've worked in teams alongside engineers and product owners, thinking holistically about solutions that satisfy business, user and technical requirements.

· Validated experience of how design supports experimentation and optimisation in a commercial and agile environment.

· You're an authority in Figma and have experience in other related software.

· You're resilient - your craft is important, but you can work with others and flex based on constantly evolving business demands

Osterley

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There are also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
