GSL Education is seeking an Artistic Director to lead our drama and music programs at our Secondary Academy in Lambeth. This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled educator with a passion for the performing arts to shape the curriculum, develop engaging lesson plans, and inspire students to reach their full potential.

The Artistic Director will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive drama and music program, incorporating a range of teaching methods and materials to engage students of all abilities.

The successful candidate will receive an estimated salary range of £160 - £240 per day, based on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development within our organization.

• Develop and implement a cohesive drama and music curriculum, aligning with national standards and best practices.
• Design and deliver engaging lesson plans, incorporating a range of teaching methods and materials to meet students' needs.
• Assess and track student progress, providing regular feedback and support to ensure academic success.
• Organize and direct school plays and drama productions, showcasing students' talents and creativity.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
• Strong knowledge of drama and the performing arts curriculum, with experience in teaching BTEC Performing Arts preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
