CK Group are recruiting for a Senior Procurement Manager to join a diagnostics company at their site in Goddards Green near Burgess Hill, West Sussex on a contract basis for 6 months.
Working location Burgess Hill. This role is hybrid 1-2 days in the office.
**Salary**:
Daily £550 - £570 per day LTD/UMB
**Senior Procurement Manager Role**:
- Facilitate the delivery of high-quality services and commercial value in the products and services procured
- Support achievement of procurement KPI’s including savings, demand management and stakeholder satisfaction
- Enhance third party relationships through robust SRM, utilising supplier segmentation, market insights and data
- Review internal and external processes to drive further optimisation and development of the procurement excellence
- Lead development and delivery of category plan(s) for indirect procurement categories
**Your Background**:
- Degree/postgraduate qualification (or equiv) (Business or Biochemistry advantageous)
- MCIPS and Masters degree in Procurement/Supply Chain Management a plus
- Demonstrable procurement experience within indirect categories
- You will have strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Full understanding of category management principles and extensive experience of sourcing processes (RFI’s, RFP’s)
