Overview:
**Change Grow Live** are a charity dedicated to the belief that we can make a difference to our Service Users lives, offering support and respect in a safe environment, treating each user as an individual and working with them to find the right treatment and care options.

We are looking for recruit a committed individuals to work within our successful Routes off The Street team alongside an experienced team of project workers whose aim is to enable service users to make real improvements to their lives and bring about positive change.

You will be working in a challenging environment with chaotic clients so it is imperative that you must have excellent engagement skills in order to motivate people to change. You must also have the ability to work and think flexibly. You would be expected to work to a shift pattern that includes early shifts, nights and weekends.

Change grow live are committed to ensuring the safeguarding and wellbeing of vulnerable adults and children, and all applicants will be required to demonstrate understanding of and commitment to safeguarding best practice.

**Salary**: £19.56 per hour

**Responsibilities**:
Routes off The Street sessional workers will work with the Street Outreach team colleagues and in-reach partners, providing a safe space for assessments and interventions to take place away from the street and supporting behaviour change and positive personal outcomes. The hub team will actively engage individuals with the services they need to support improved health, wellbeing, social inclusion and safe reconnection

Camden’s Routes off The Street (RTS) delivers an integrated model, combining assertive street outreach with a multi-agency hub, facilitating provision of tailored support pathways for individuals who are rough sleeping, or involved in street activity in the borough.

RTS will deliver a range of interventions to tackle rough sleeping and street activity, ensuring the client group access services which meet their needs. We are therefore looking to recruit committed individuals to work within CGL’s exciting new Camden Routes off the Streets Team based in the legendary centre of Camden Town.

You will be joining an experienced and dynamic team of dedicated project workers whose main aim is to enable rough sleepers to make real improvements to their lives and to assist in the formulation of a realistic & sustainable Route off The Street.

You will be working in a challenging environment with chaotic clients so it is imperative that you must have excellent engagement skills in order to motivate people to change. You must also have the ability to work and think flexibly. You would also be expected to work to a shift pattern that includes early shifts, nights and weekends.
