**Recovery Program Coordinator Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated Recovery Program Coordinator to join our team. This is a dynamic role that requires strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating recovery programs and promoting social reintegration among service users. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing recovery programs tailored to individual needs
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support
- Facilitating group sessions and providing education on substance misuse
**Requirements:**
- Experience working with clients with substance misuse issues
- Solid knowledge of drug and alcohol services and interventions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Awareness of information governance procedures and data protection
**Salary Information:** The estimated annual salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000, based on experience.
