Do you have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to continuous improvement? 3D Recruit is seeking a dedicated Quality Auditor to join a Children's Services based in Northamptonshire. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of quality services and make a positive impact on the lives of children and families in our community. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in evaluating and enhancing the quality of services for vulnerable children. There are 2 full time roles and one part-time 4 days a week available.

**As a Quality Auditor, you will have the following responsibilities**:

- **Quality Assurance**: Conduct comprehensive audits and reviews of services provided to children and families to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, and best practices.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Monitor and evaluate the performance of children's services against predefined quality standards and key performance indicators. Identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations to enhance service delivery.
- **Data Analysis**: Analyse data and performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas of concern. Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive quality improvement initiatives.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings, recommendations, and corrective actions. Present findings to relevant stakeholders and collaborate with teams to implement necessary changes and improvements.
- **Training and Support**: Provide training, guidance, and support to staff members on quality assurance processes, standards, and best practices. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization.
- **Compliance Management**: Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation, regulations, and standards governing children's services. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and regulatory frameworks.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including management, frontline staff, partner organizations, and regulatory bodies, to promote a culture of quality and accountability.

**Requirements**:

- Experience as a Quality Auditor
- Social Work Degree or Diploma
- 5 years of satisfactory references
- Driving License with access to a vehicle
- SWE Registered
