About the role
If you are passionate about improving the services provided to families, young people and children by social care providers, this could be the perfect opportunity for you
We are looking for 3 experienced and passionate quality auditors to join us at Northamptonshire Children’s Trust as we continue to progress along our improvement journey.
In this role you'll play a pivotal role in evaluating and enhancing the quality of services for vulnerable children. There are 2 full time roles and one part time 4 days a week available.
What will you be doing?
Working closely with staff across all areas of Northamptonshire Children’s Trust, you'll conduct in-depth case audits and assess the impact of practices on the lives of families and children. Your responsibilities will include obtaining feedback from children, families, and professional partners to ensure our services meet their needs effectively. Your contributions will inform practice improvements and workforce development activities, ensuring we continually strive for excellence in our services.
You will also have the opportunity to present audit findings and share lessons learned with practitioners, managers, and senior leaders, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and learning within our organisation. If you're passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable children and ensuring the quality of our services, we encourage you to apply.
About you
- You're an individual with ambition, energy, and a desire to improve outcomes for vulnerable families and children. You will be able to spot, analyse and drive positive change with our organisation, improving our practice and helping transform the organisation.
- You will possess extensive experience in conducting audits within children's services, demonstrating a keen understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices. With excellent analytical abilities, you will excel at interpreting complex data and distilling key insights to drive meaningful change.
- You will use excellent communication skills to establish working relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. You will work across teams within NCT and with wider stakeholders, including children, families, practitioners, and senior leaders, fostering collaborative partnerships, and facilitating constructive feedback loops.
About us
