**Customer Experience Supervisor**

We are currently looking for a **Customer Experience Supervisor **who will assist the Customer Experience Manager in leading the Customer Experience Team and Front of House operation at the wonderful **Kit Kat Club** in London.

Within the **Customer Experience Supervisor** role, you’ll focus on premium customer service, controlling costs, and maximising our food and beverage revenue. You will be responsible for assisting in leading the Customer Experience Team to achieve our business targets, acting as a role model to the venue staff, and anticipating potential issues before they occur so that you can help rectify them. The **Customer Experience Supervisor** plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of our daily operations whilst delivering a first-class customer experience. It's an exciting and challenging time to join us after our recent renovation and support with our main re-launch later in 2023
