Cottenham Village College has an exciting opportunity for an Exams Officer to join their team to provide a high-quality administration support to our students. The role is part-time and a full-time position could be considered to support other administration areas of the school.

The role is crucial for the day-to-day life of Cottenham Village College. As our Examinations Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining effective and efficient internal and external examination services for the college.

**As our Examinations Officer, you must be**:

- well organised, reliable, self-motivated with excellent communication skills
- ICT literate with the ability to work independently
- able to deal with people at all levels

**We are looking for individuals who have**:

- experience in ensuring safeguarding of children
- effective administration and organisational skills
- educated to at least GCSE Level with excellent standards of Maths and English
- Good interpersonal and communications skills including the ability to relate well to people on all levels with sensitivity, tact, and diplomacy
