Our client is a global multi-billion dollar, industry leader within the trade of frozen and chilled foods.

We are working on behalf of our client, who are looking to hire either a Sales Executive or Sales Manager to take on both the management of existing accounts and the development of new business within the sale of value-added meat and seafood products toretailers within the UK and globally. The vacancy will suit either an established sales person with experience in the sale of similar food products, either as a supplier or retailer, and who can hit the ground running, or somebody with entry level experiencebut with a good understanding of product sales within the food industry and room to grow.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in the food industry, which is fast-paced and constantly developing. Requiring somebody with a high level of flexibility, a great personality and the drive, ambition, and energy to keep up with the workload and customerexpectations of the food industry. You will work as part of a team but with the confidence to learn the business and work independently.

The role is office based on the border of Hertfordshire and London Borough of Enfield, and although there will be further flexibility as you progress within the role, there will be a need to work closely with internal support teams in the office, so therole requires somebody living in a commutable distance.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-5 years’ experience in a sales related role from within the food industry, either from the supplier or retailer side. Ideally with experience in frozen and chilled foods.
- Innovative thinker who can work on their own initiative and manage time accordingly.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Passionate and driven.
- Full current driving license.
