**About the Role**

FRS Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Manager to join their team. As a key member of the finance function, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to the business.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Partner with departmental leaders to develop and implement a five-year financial strategy for the division.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to analyze projects and prepare rolling two-year profit and loss and cash flow forecasts.
  • Conduct viability, sales, and margin analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Liaise with commercial teams to ensure accurate risk management within current projects.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings to review sales and completions, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions.
  • Manage and consolidate monthly management accounts, with commentary on variances.
  • Review and approve divisional payroll.
  • Produce monthly and yearly board reports.
  • Update the group with cash forecasts and advise on significant cash movements.

**Requirements**

  • Formal qualification in accounting (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
  • Previous experience in a senior leadership position.
  • Strong business partnering and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
