**About the Role**:
As a Residential Childcare Practitioner, your role will involve providing safe, unconditional positive regard to every individual in our care. You will create a safe environment where children and young people feel empowered to thrive and grow. Your responsibilities will include safeguarding within regulations, as well as providing therapeutic key work with the children and young people.

Pay: £24,500.00-£31,000.00 per year
