Reception & Administration Team Lead

The Receptionist and Administration Team Lead is responsible for the efficient running of the front of house and back administration processes of the organisation, thus ensuring customer/participant experience is of a quality standard, that aids us achieving our aims. They will be responsible for line managing the Reception Team and reporting to the Manager.
Working hours will be Monday 10:30-4:30, Wednesday 10:30-4:30, Saturday 8.30-4.30. Once in post, trained and line managing team, additional hours will be discussed to ensure the individual can fulfill the work of the role. In addition, holiday cover, sick leave and ad-hock overtime hours are available.
The Team Lead will have good IT, communication, organisation and leadership skills.
Interviews due to be held week of the 20th March.
