In Sainsbury’s Tech we build the technology which powers the UK’s number 1 multi-channel, multi-brand retailer.

Working with the Programme Lead, you will co-ordinate the plan and forecast flow of all quotations for new store openings, investments and projects from Product families, the Property team and other Business teams through to the Installations Services team.

As a Planning Co-ordinator, you will recommend where activities are assigned across Installation Services and or the relevant 3rd party suppliers, as well as assist with the engagement of Internal stakeholders around Tech and Installation Services when activity is being allocated.

**What I need to do**:

- Working with the Property division to deliver the business investment programme to time and cost
- Plan and maintain team resource and work plans, responding in a timely manner to all queries
- Produce quotes and guidance to internal and external stakeholders on best approach to deliver property and project schemes
- Produce a delivery pack for property schemes
- Working with the Programme Lead assist in generating and driving new business for the Installation Services Team through internal engagement with other areas of Tech and the Business
- Supports delivery of quality improvements across the team
- Works with the Programme Lead to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders; working towards our vision of being a “customer of choice” and “making it happen”
- Review and maintain Dashboards and MI to aid internal stakeholders
- Attends Property and Operational meetings to drive operation service in line with the Property and project delivery program
- Work and support the Programme Lead and Planning and Logistics manager with the internal and external engagement of Product Families and third party suppliers to ensure delivery of works carried out by Installation Services are completed to the time, cost and specifications, actively engaging in the PIR process

**How I will succeed**:

- Demonstrates the production of high quality quote accuracy in line with SLA’s.
- Demonstrates a high quality of accuracy and timeliness in the production of the resource and work plans
- Demonstrates a consistent approach to the engagement of key stakeholders
- Play a part in maintaining and supporting stable service levels internally across Service and externally with our service providers

**What I need to know**:

- Experience working with external suppliers/contractors
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- Ability to demonstrate a good understanding of what excellent service is and how to achieve results consistently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working under pressure through periods of resistance to change
- Good process management skills
- Ability to think logically, analyse situations and problem solve
- Good Microsoft Windows capability including Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint
- Change and service management experience preferably in retail desirable
- Experience of Tech Service and support is desirable
- Retail experience desirable

- Demonstrate ability to plan and communicate with stakeholders
- Display levels of resilience to get the task completed
- Flexible approach to working with good time management and organisational skills
- Ability to present workload plans using data provided by stakeholders supported by the Programme Lead
- Within a framework of management support demonstrate the ability to work proactively
