The Warranty Administrator is responsible for costing and invoicing all warranty jobs. You will ensure the accurate, on-time submissions of warranty and goodwill claims on a daily basis and ensure recalls are administered and warranty debt controlled. You will also ensure that manufacturer standards are adhered to at all times.

You will receive comprehensive training on Manufacturers Warranty Standards and all systems used within the dealership.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Invoicing of warranty jobs
- Ensure all claims are quickly dealt with
- Effectively control input/output claims
- Be actively involved in costing and ensure the procedures adopted by the Workshop Controller are in line with the established procedures
- Ensure that all documentation is completed in line with Manufacturers Standards
- Maintain high standards of control over displaced material returned
- Check and clear weekly statement and query any overdue claims, or claims not paid or any discrepancies in payments
- Prepare all warranty claims for submission for payment
- Ensure that all completed jobs are filed appropriately and ready for audit purposes
- Creation of all job cards in advance

Experience would be an advantage but not necessary as full system, procedural and standards training will be provided.
