- Efficiently working with internal systems and maintaining accurate records on the databases
- Processing any amendments, and changing details on the system
- Deal with internal and external enquiries
- Providing general admin support to the team
- Ability and commitment to deliver excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Competent IT skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
- Tenacity and drive to resolve customer issues
